1- chain 4 into magic circle
2-single crochet around (4)
3- at third row, insert folded pipecleaner so that the folded portion is in the base of the foot
Sing crochet around until there’s about a .25” exposed
Bend leg at approximately 2” from the foot. Leave tail.
Repeat for each leg.
Thread blunt needle with about 6-8” of black yarn. Secure at the “butt” end of the body. Secure under/through starting stitches at the “head” and loop back around to the “butt” end. Secure once more and hide tail through the body.
Cut a small circle (approximately 1.5 mm in diameter) of the red felt. Place the circle in the center of the body seam (half way up the body) and secure with a pin or a little dot of hot glue. Thread your sewing needle with red thread and secure the laser to the body of your turret.Hide tail of the thread through the body.
Once you’ve completed these steps, it’s time to attach the legs to the body.
To do this, I slip one leg in a gap in the stitching of the body on either side of the body seam and one centered in the back. You may apply a small amount of glue for extra strength to the exposed end of the leg. Sew the legs to the body.
Cut small oblong ovals from the white felt and attach with the glue gun.
Now you have your little turret!
